Request a change
If you cannot keep an appointment, contact Alrty as soon as possible. Include the booking reference, scheduled date and whether you want to cancel, choose another time or change the task.
A message requesting a change is not confirmation that the appointment has changed. Ask for confirmation and keep it with the original booking details.
Rescheduling is different from cancellation
A reschedule keeps the service request open while a new appointment is arranged. A cancellation asks to end the planned service. A change in scope may require a new estimate rather than a new date alone.
New appointment availability must be confirmed. Contact support when a change cannot be made through the options available for your booking; do not assume a replacement appointment has been reserved.
Fees, no-shows and refunds
Review the terms supplied with your actual booking. This page adds no cancellation fee, no-show charge or refund percentage. Any charge must be supported by the terms disclosed for your booking and applicable law; ask support to identify the basis if a charge is unclear.
When requesting a review, explain whether the technician has attended, work has started, materials were approved, or the site was inaccessible or unsafe. Do not agree that unfinished work was completed simply to close a request.
A cancellation request, an approved refund and a payment provider's refund processing are separate events. No refund processing time or outcome is promised here.
When a technician cannot attend
Contact support to confirm the status and available next steps. Do not assume a replacement has been assigned until the new arrangement is confirmed. Report any related charge or unresolved work for review.
For safety concerns, see Safety & support.
Rights that depend on the transaction
Some transactions may carry cancellation rights or require notices under federal, state or local law. The rules can depend on how and where an agreement was made and the type of work. This policy does not waive those rights or create a universal three-day cancellation period for every online booking.
Keep any cancellation notice supplied with your agreement and follow its instructions. Contact support promptly; a support review does not extend a legal deadline. For a concern after completed work, see Help after your visit.
