1. Participation and account approval
Alrty is operated by Solar Neutrino LLC. This page describes participation requirements for technicians who review and perform accepted service work. It is not an employment offer, an onboarding approval or a promise of assignments or income.
Before accepting work, obtain the applicable participation agreement identifying the parties, service area, compensation and engagement terms. This information page does not replace that agreement. Calling a provider a technician or a contractor does not, by itself, determine legal status.
2. Accurate profiles and qualifications
Keep contact details, skills, service coverage and availability accurate. Represent qualifications, licenses and insurance truthfully and keep required documents current.
An account, profile or group assignment is not proof of a completed background check, license or insurance coverage. Do not claim a credential or verification that has not been completed. Obtain any separate authorization required for a screening process.
3. Reviewing and accepting work
Review the location, task, schedule, equipment, access requirements, compensation and deliverables before accepting a job. Ask for clarification when the scope is incomplete or outside your capabilities.
A visible request is not an assignment. Do not enter a customer's premises or access their systems without authorization. Any substitute or additional worker requires the approvals applicable to that job.
4. Safe performance and scope changes
Use appropriate tools and follow applicable safety and licensing requirements. Pause work if conditions are unsafe or the requested task requires an authorization you do not have.
Explain any proposed change to scope, materials, time or price and record agreement before proceeding. Report scheduling problems promptly; do not silently abandon or reassign a job.
5. Customer information and work records
Use customer contact details, addresses, site instructions and device access only for the authorized service. Do not retain passwords, copy unrelated data or reuse customer information for unrelated outreach.
Record work performed, materials used and unresolved issues accurately. Obtain appropriate permission before taking photos; exclude credentials, payment information and unrelated people or documents.
Do not mark unfinished work complete, sign for a customer, or alter evidence to conceal a problem. A customer acknowledgment and a payment status are different records.
6. Compensation, fees and taxes
Confirm compensation, approved expenses, any platform fee and payment conditions in the applicable assignment before accepting it. This page sets no commission rate, payout deadline, insurance charge or minimum earnings.
Resolve questions about invoicing, taxes, canceled visits and partially completed work before acceptance. Do not assume that marking a job complete means the customer has approved it or funds have been paid. Do not collect an additional payment outside the agreed payment instructions.
7. Support and final agreement
Raise a scheduling, access, safety or scope concern through Alrty support. Do not submit sensitive identity or bank documents through an ordinary service inquiry.
Keep customer information confidential and use only approved channels for required documents. Report a lost device, exposed credentials, inaccurate work record or suspected unauthorized account access promptly.
Participation, account access, termination and dispute procedures must follow the applicable agreement and law. Contact support for questions or to request review of an account decision. Visit For technicians to ask about participation; a portal or mobile-app feature is not available merely because it is described in a work process.
