If the result differs from the agreed scope, an item remains unfinished or you have a concern about the visit, contact Alrty support. Describe the actual issue and the help you are requesting.

A completion acknowledgment should reflect what happened. Do not approve a record that says unfinished work was completed. If a record is already inaccurate, identify the correction needed.

What to include

• The booking reference and date of the visit.
• The agreed task, the result and what remains unresolved.
• Relevant confirmations, approved changes or receipts.
• Photos only when useful and safe to share, without passwords, private documents or payment details.

Keep your original records. For an immediate safety issue, stop using unsafe equipment and contact the appropriate emergency service when necessary; do not wait for a support response.

Reviewing the next step

Support needs the relevant booking and work details to assess a concern. Depending on the facts and applicable terms, the next step may be clarification, coordination with the technician, review of a return visit or consideration of a refund request.

A return visit, refund or other remedy is not confirmed until it is agreed or required by law. Ask for written confirmation of the proposed action, any cost and the expected next update. A requested refund is not proof that the payment provider has processed it.

Workmanship, equipment and new requests

Distinguish the original agreed work from a new task, an unrelated equipment issue or a manufacturer's warranty claim. This helps identify the right provider and whether a revised scope is needed.

Any service-specific warranty or guarantee must state its duration, coverage, exclusions and claim process. This page does not create a blanket money-back guarantee, an insurance policy or a fixed response deadline. Rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law remain unaffected.
