Alrty

Customer terms of service

Operated by Solar Neutrino LLC. Updated October 21, 2026.

1. Purpose and contracting parties

Alrty is operated by Solar Neutrino LLC. These terms describe use of the website and coordination of technology services. Alrty provides the platform and support contact; the technician or service provider identified in your booking performs the agreed work.

Review these terms together with the specific scope, price and conditions presented for your booking. Do not confirm a service when the provider or responsibilities are unclear; ask Alrty support first. These pages do not retroactively change an existing agreement.

See How Alrty works for the roles of the platform, customer and technician.

2. Accounts and authority

Provide accurate contact and service information. Use only an account you are authorized to access, keep its credentials private, and report suspected unauthorized use through Alrty support.

If arranging work for a household, business, landlord or another person, obtain the authority needed to approve the work and permit access. Do not submit another person's information without an appropriate basis.

3. Requests, scope and appointments

A request communicates the help you want. It is not, by itself, confirmation of a technician, an arrival time or completion of the service.

Before work begins, review the agreed task, location, appointment, included labor or materials, exclusions and price. Keep the confirmation for reference. Equipment compatibility, site conditions and required permissions can affect what is possible.

Additional work or materials should be described and agreed before the technician proceeds. Do not treat an informal suggestion or an unfinished estimate as authorization for an additional charge.

4. Site access and device information

Arrange safe, authorized access to the work area and equipment. Disclose known hazards, building restrictions and relevant installation conditions. Work requiring a permit or license must not proceed without the required authorization.

Back up important information before device work. Enter passwords yourself where practical and grant only the access needed for the agreed task. A service visit does not authorize unrelated access to your files, accounts or recordings.

5. Prices and payments

Review the price, selected options, taxes and payment information presented with your actual order. Only use a payment method you are authorized to use. A request for additional work is not authorization to charge for it: agree the scope and price first.

Payment timing follows the actual checkout or written booking terms. This page does not introduce a subscription, automatic renewal, lead fee, escrow service or payment-after-signature arrangement. A card authorization is not the same as a completed payment or a refund.

6. Changes, cancellations and refunds

Contact support promptly if the appointment or task needs to change. See the cancellation and rescheduling policy for the request process.

Any cancellation or no-show charge must follow the terms disclosed for the booking and applicable law. This page adds no cancellation fee. A request, approval and processed refund are different steps; keep the written confirmation of each.

7. Completion and service concerns

Review the work against the agreed scope and record any incomplete item or concern. A completion record should describe the actual result, not hide an unresolved issue.

To request help, provide the booking reference, relevant dates and a clear description. Share only information needed to investigate. See Safety & support.

See Help after your visit for the review process. Any specific guarantee or warranty must be identified in the applicable service terms. This page does not create an insurance benefit or a fixed refund entitlement, and does not exclude applicable statutory rights.

8. Responsible use and privacy

Do not use the site to impersonate someone, submit misleading work records, harass others, send harmful files or access accounts and information without permission.

Only submit descriptions and images you are entitled to share. Avoid exposing passwords, payment-card details or unrelated personal information in a request or work record.

The Privacy Policy describes personal-information practices. Marketing choices and optional-cookie choices are separate from any agreement to service terms.

9. State requirements and resolving a concern

Service availability and licensing requirements vary by state, locality and type of work. A general technology-service listing does not authorize electrical, alarm, structural or other regulated work. Confirm required licenses, permits and property approvals before that work begins.

Contact Alrty with your booking reference and the resolution requested. Retain the relevant confirmation and work records. Nothing on this page requires mandatory arbitration, waives class-action rights, establishes a liability cap or limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Questions and updates

Use Contact Alrty for service questions or to request the appropriate contact for a legal notice to Solar Neutrino LLC. Do not send passwords or payment-card information in your inquiry.

The update date appears above. Later changes do not rewrite the price or terms of a previously confirmed booking without an applicable agreement. Keep the terms and confirmation supplied when you order.
